Michael Ward
He moved to the Institute of Development Studies at Sussex and to
the OECD in Paris before assuming his post as a Principal
Economist in the International Economics Department of the World
Bank. He was in the Bank for 12 years. He spent 5 years as
Principal Economist in the East Asia Department. He retired in 2000 but continued to work on many projects including UNIHP.
